Amanda and Philip’s kitchen felt cramped and dark. They wanted more natural light, in their kitchen, space to dine, and with two adult children and big dog living at home they sorely needed another bathroom.
Their priorities were to make more space with good natural light while keeping control of a small budget. We helped them expand and brighten their kitchen and add a new bathroom.

To help keep costs low we provided just the basics to Amanda and Philip. We provided early stage General Arrangement drawings to help them work out what they wanted and get planning permission, which they then passed on to their local builder.
